Remedies to cure sunburn and remove sun tan

Below are some products which can soothe your skin and help you in removing the tan:-

1. Products like aloevera gel, peeled raw potato and grated lauki/Doodhi/ , Bottle gourd helps in soothing the sun burn skin. All you have to do is use any of the above mentioned ingredients on the affected area and let it stay for 15-20 minutes. You will get instant relief.

2. Grate cucumber and add lemon juice in it .Mix fuller earth in it and apply it on your face for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with water. This is one of the most popular and effective anti tan pack.

3. You can make another fuller earth pack by adding lemon juice and calamine lotion in it. Use it twice a day and your tanned will vanish soon.

4. Mashed papaya is also one of a great tan remover for brown skin. Mash 2tbsp of papaya and add honey to it. Apply it on your face and wash it off with water after 15 minutes.

5. Tomato juice too is quite effective in removing tan. All you have to do is mix tomato juice with a little curd and apply it on your face for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with water. You can use this pack every day till you get rid of the tan.

6. You can use cod liver oil also to heal your skin from sun burn.

To remove tan mix 2 to 3 tsp of besan with some curd & apply it on the tanned areas,washing it off after half an hour..do this 3 times a week to remove tan..i did this to remove ma skin tan and it worked magic..to avoid tan wear gloves and wrap up ur face except eyes(wear sunglasses to protect ur eyes) while u ride a two wheeler…u can use spf 35 or higher to protect ur skin from tanning..choose a water based sunscreen lotion.add a drop of water to it for a lighter coverage.apply and blend it with a damp sponge including ur hands and feet.
